JOURNEY 5: (4 days / 3 nights) Pleiku – Kon Tum – Buon Ma Thuot – Lak Lake – Buon Ma Thuot airport

Day 1: Pleiku Airport – Kon Tum.

Morning pick-up at Pleiku Airport (or Pleiku city), then drive to Kon Tum.

We start sightseeing in Kon Tum with visits to:

Kon Tum Wooden Church, a unique symbol of the Kon Tum .

Ba Na Rong House, the traditional communal house of the Ba Na ethnic people,

Kon K’Lo Village.

Ba Na ethnic water wharf, in Ba Na culture, this place is called the “Water Wharf.”

It is a sacred water source used by the villagers for daily life.

The water comes from an underground spring,

and local people collect and carry it home to drink directly, without boiling.an important cultural and spiritual space in village life

Lunch: Local specialties of Kon Tum.

In the afternoon, we visit:

Tea plantations

Two rows of pine trees over 100 years old, planted during the French colonial period

Check in at the hotel in Kon Tum.

18:00: Dinner and a relaxing walk along the beautiful Dak Bla River.

Overnight in Kon Tum.

Day 2: Kon Tum – Pleiku – Buon Ma Thuot

After breakfast, check out and drive toward Pleiku.

On the way and in Pleiku, we visit:

Coffee plantations and pepper gardens

T’Nung Lake, also known as the “Sea on the Mountain”, a scenic volcanic lake and a symbol of Pleiku

Lunch at a local restaurant in Pleiku or en route.

In the afternoon, we continue the drive to Buon Ma Thuot.

Arrive in Buon Ma Thuot in the late afternoon, check in at a 3-star hotel and rest.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Buon Ma Thuot.

Day 3: Buon Ma Thuot – Waterfalls – Lak Lake

After breakfast, we begin the Buon Ma Thuot city tour, including:

Dak Lak Museum of Ethnology, one of the most diverse museums in the Central Highlands

Ako Dhong (Akothon) Village, home of the Ê Đê ethnic minority

Trung Nguyen Coffee Village, where you can see Arabica, Robusta, and Excelsa coffee trees

We then drive to Dray Sap and Dray Nur Waterfalls, among the largest and most impressive waterfalls in Vietnam.

Here, we spend time walking along forest trails, sightseeing, swimming, taking photos, and enjoying the natural scenery.

Lunch: Local dishes.

In the afternoon, we drive to Lak Lake, arriving around 4:00–5:00 pm.

Dinner with local dishes and overnight in a traditional stilt long house in Jun Village, home of the M’nong ethnic people.

Day 4: Lak Lake – Villages – Buon Ma Thuot Airport

After breakfast, enjoy a one-hour dugout canoe (piragua) experience on Lak Lake.

Paddling in the early morning offers a peaceful atmosphere, making you feel as if you are stepping back in time and experiencing the traditional way local people once traveled on the water.

Optional elephant ride across the lake.

We then visit:

Jun Village

Le Village

Learn about the daily life, customs, and traditional culture of the M’nong ethnic minority, which are still well preserved.

Lunch: Local dishes.

In the afternoon, we return to Buon Ma Thuot, stopping on the way to visit coffee, rubber, and pepper plantations, and enjoy photo stops overlooking beautiful rice valleys.

Transfer to Buon Ma Thuot Airport, arriving at least 70 minutes before departure.

Farewell and best wishes for a safe flight.
